Adjusted DS tie rod end again. Finally, it drives perfectly straight again and with my steering wheel also perfectly straight :)
Apparently I adjusted wrong direction last time, lol. Made it worse instead of better.
Started installing my new 6x9's. Ran new wires directly to them instead of using the harness (same as I did with the doors).
They have a huge magnet and won't mount properly (1/4 inch off), so I'm debating on either finding or making spacers (pretty sure i have a pair somewhere) or putting thicker foam on the back.
Maybe I can just push the wheelwell in a hair? Hopefully the panels don't become an issue also.
Make a spacer out of 1/4 plywood.
Touched it for the first time since sometime last year! Was finally warmish today.
Uncovered rear subframe, decided F the solid diff bushings, attached Pampena AWS delete, moved subframe back under car and realized I need more hands/arms/jack(s) to get the rear back in place and stopped there.
Any suggestions for getting old brake lines apart? Between fit issues with Addco rear swaybar and brake lines, plenty of things to sort out......
Worked on my rear washer reservoir line feed to the hood sprayers. Put the T in the trunk because in case it ever leaks, that panel is easier to remove than the back seat panel.
Still debating on how to handle the speakers. I thought I could cut up some rubber mat I have, but I think it's too thin.
Only had an hour or so...
Reloaded my cal config for Ems. Car runs like a champ plus fixed my 2 step. No more flooding
Smoothed out & painted my pop ups and signal trim satin black
