Bag-O-jingley bolts came in finally. Woot! Now for the not so good news. The aluminum dowels I was wanting to have welded on the lower plenum for water/meth is a no go, says my welder dude. :( He is apprehensive about the cast alumi, and the angles that are needed to seal it properly.
Plan B - I am going to drill, and tap the thin wall or the plenum, and epoxy a nut on the outside to give more structural integrity. This also allow for the nozzle to be backed out of the plenum to prevent airflow interruption.
On the search for Nut-N-Stuffs.
I feel like I've seen both threaded bushings welded on and threading something directly on, usually for nitrous. Maybe hit up another welder?
