:stupid: Auto Zone has a bunch of loan a tool stuff. I use it all the time. Like the vac pump and gauges for doing the AC. They have the rewards system also. 20 bucks back after you spend 20 bucks or more 5 times.Quote:

Plan B - I am going to drill, and tap the thin wall or the plenum, and epoxy a nut on the outside to give more structural integrity. This also allow for the nozzle to be backed out of the plenum to prevent airflow interruption.

I feel like I've seen both threaded bushings welded on and threading something directly on, usually for nitrous. Maybe hit up another welder?
