The easiest way is to buy some reinforced vacuum line to replace the hard line. That is what i did and it works like factory and you don't see much of it. It only takes about 10 min. tops and about 3 feet of vacuum line.

Before and almost after. I still have a good bit of work to do before she's done (fix my fuel lines, change out and get some new IC pipes, and finish making my custom upper plenum)
