There are 2 reasons to have a Facebook.
Accept any friend request, lots of friends/entertainment and troll all the stupid drama they post.
Only have friends that you are really friends with in real life, low drama(unless you run in drama circles), and get to see what their dog is having for dinner.
not gonna lie. it's tempting at times. I want to see how fat all the pretty girls from HS got and when they ask to "catch up" I can tell that I can't because my grandma is sick. :lol:

I really don't want friends and family up in my business and I don't want to be up in their business.
If something is important enough that I need to know then they can call or text me.
The real problem is Facebook is only in it for ad revenue so the bullshit they force on you in addition to "keeping up with friends and family" you have to deal with way more bs than it is worth.

Yes, car forums are a form of "social media" but here it is a everyone with a common interest and people aren't giving up to date notes everytime they take a shit.
