Wingnut delivers :suspect:
JIM! Oh, that's right you're on socal aren't you..
I have been bugging him for a year for them things!
passed inspection today, hopefully can satisfy the DMV and keep my current plates in the next couple of days.
Thinking of rolling my camber in the front down to just -1.0 and -.3 in the rear. It is currently at -1.4 but I do a decent amount of highway driving and Id like to keep these new tires as long as possible. Cant we run like 1/16 or something on toe to help with cornering in the rear? I thought I read that somewhere a while ago.
Got my exhaust finished up http://i888.photobucket.com/albums/a...pscjrpvttt.jpg

1st day of one of my 3S's being out on the roads since last October.
That's the good news. Bad news is, it's just the SL as the VR4 needs quite an overhaul before I'll drive it again. Worse news is, when I took the cover off the SL, I found a big ass dent in the driver side fender. Someone hit it while it sat in the driveway and didn't bother mentioning it to me. :/ At least there weren't any mechanical surprises from sitting all Winter without being started.
Maybe if you start loudly, violently attacking cars on the street, the prick will come forward and confess

...But seriously, you're handling that better than I would :D haha
Not today, but this week, took my car down to pull off my downpipe to sell it. Now I need to hurry up and get my wideband mount installed in my new to me Tanabe downpipe to get her back on the road. haha

Installed a set of bubble free door panels that I found at a JY after replacing the upper seals and cracked switch bezels.
took a picture...

Looks great Nomiez!
I purchased the rest of the parts for the transaxle overhaul that the Ninja is undertaking for me. The plan is to also get my rear valve cover, lower intake plenum, & fuel delivery system installed later today.
Made progress towards my plans for larger SMIC, definitely going to need a custom piping solution though.
haha..funny shit bro..!! made my day..lollll
:D
Made her road legal for the year!!!
Put on new alternator/ac and powersteering belts (trashed the old ones due to installing the harmonic balancer the wrong way lol)
Went for a long drive. Keeps temps perfectly now between 85-93 celcius. Must have been clogged water system Before. So there's no blown headgasket. Thank god for that!
First drive of the year!!!

No AWD burnout? boring :p
Sorry first drives are observation drives, plus making sure the fuel is still potent
I always chuck a full bottle of Sta-Bil in mine when it sits.
If it sat longer than a few months...say 6+ I would worry about that.
for $5, it can't hurt. no matter how long it sits. fill it--not top it off--pour in a bottle, drive 5-10 miles, park it. then it's all the way through the engine too. done it several times.
I also got my oil sandwich plate all prepped and ready for install, when I change the oil.
I did not do anything to mine today although it should be pretty darn close to Pampena Motorsports by now.
I'll just let the pictures do the talking... :P Unfortunately, I didn't get as much done as I had planned due to my DD deciding it wanted some unexpected attention, too.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/14/yvygama3.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/14/a2yhuqaq.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/14/7anujapu.jpg
And I got my rear seat frame back into shape last weekend with the help of some persuasion with a BFH & some massaging afterwards.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/14/ysydu5ep.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/14/jy5eveza.jpg
Nomiez I've never seen anyone really lower it like that with the OEM rims, and I've got to say I'm loving it!
I agree!

Thanks..i love boasting that its got 100% factory parts on it!!
I do have mild spacers all around. otherwise the wheels are too far tucked in..
another thing is that I'm running a staggered setup...yep..245s front and 275s outback..the stock 8.5 width wheel does the 275 tire no justice though..next year its getting widebodied and some proper wheels on it..
Spacer sizes? Assuming different front/rear
I don't remember the size..only that its the larger of the 2 spacers that AutoZone sells...
Installed all new ECS struts and S-Tech lowering springs with 100% new OEM mounts/bushings/etc. Tomorrow morning it gets an alignment and then a nice bath.

Started porting/ polishing my TT heads again. Im about 8 hours in and half way done with one head. Mostly just smoothing out the runners more than porting much, but i have kife edged 2 of the 3 exhaust ports. These are going to flow real good when im done.

They look dirty...because they are lol. Photos dont do the ports justice though. I got rid of all of the ridges that are just inside of the valve ports.
And here's my engine currently...just begging to get finished.
