No idea, I havent heard of anyone camping before. If worse comes to worse someone in one of the cabins will let you use a shower. I know you are from TN and shit, but man when you are outside all day it is nice to get some AC loving at night.
And there is a sweet lake really close. Im almost thinking of coming just to put my boat on it!
Use the showers at the pool worst case?
