Jealous of your pile-o-parts, Kev. :)
Ordered Maximal Performance Solid Motor mounts and Brownline Digital Torque Wrench.
So I had a post on the other forums regarding the wastegates leaking on the plunger side, so I thought I'd explain what some of the parts in the wastegate kit are.
You have the basic wastegate:

Note the surface of the ring is opposite that of the plunger in the wastegate as if to make a seal. However when you place the ring in this flange, it hits the plunger:

You need to put a vacuum pump on one of the nipples on the wastegate and pull the plunger back with vacuum. In my case, I was testing the amount of vacuum required to pull the plunger back:

Note, this is what the ring looks like when the plunger is down:

Then insert the ring with plunger up:

If you have a collection pipe like I do with the flange already welded on, you will want to insert the gasket and put your flange on and tighten it:

Now you will have the wastegate sealed and it should barely leak any air, a little is OK. You can pressure test it by hooking it up to an air compressor. I haven't pressure tested it on the valve side yet.

Here's a really good guide on installing external wastegate:

That's the same type of gates that I'm using as well. They do work great. The gaskets however cook up and blow out fast. I made a set from sheet copper that hold up much better than what they come with. Thin sheet too, cut the outter portion with a pair of scissors.
Ordered Synapse Synchronic BOV.
