SWEET John!!!
Who did the work (and was it expensive)?
Nothing like a fresh paint job to make you feel good about your car again!!!!!

Thanks!
It is a local 3S owner's brother, Richard. He is awesome and has done about 4 3S' in our group so far. Up next is ShowKiller's Son's car.
Not expensive for what all is being done. He is a professional painter, but his boss allows him to use their facilities for side projects. So I'm paying for all of his hard work, but most else is at no cost to him/me. I'd say this is about a $5-7K paint job/body work for half of the price.
This is all carry over from my coworker hitting my front bumper on my passenger side. So I used the insurance check as a coupon for all of the work.

Enjoy it now! It will NEVER look the same again. I loved the fresh paint!
Awesome man, which white?
Soundproofed the passenger door, to match the driver's side, and disassembled the window motor. Found the magnets out of contact with the rotor. Window works once again!
Developed a leak in the low washer fluid sensor. Thanks Mitsu for including spare plugs on the car!

Took the sodding gearbox out...turns out the NA clutch didn't appreciate 1.4bar of boost :Bwahaha:

I received the awesome underbody cover from Skillard Designs today...looks stellar!!!!
Fitted a new clutch...drove 1 mile and came back and took it straight back out again....slipping like a Mo-Fo :(:sigh:
Did you try to adjust the pedal before you did that?
^This.
Yup, done many gto clutches including using this same brand of clutch. Every one I've fitted before is spot on with no break in required and able to take full boost from the word go.
This one slipped at waste gate. Came back and checked pedal adjustment, made sure slave was ok and fork was returning fine. Suspected faulty clutch so ripped it out. Everything looks absolutely spot on so I'm guessing I was abit hasty and should have done a few more miles lol
There is ALWAYS break in required.
Went to replace the 3SX oil pan with an appropriate OEM pan, amongst a variety of other issues: found evidence of water in the oil. Rebuild has about 5 minutes run time on it. Not sure where it could've come from beyond a blown head gasket. Looks like I'll be pulling the heads and checking flatness again, as well as for signs of improper sealing. Hope that they are still good as they've already been milled once, not sure how much more I could do.
Drove the '92 another 1100 miles this weekend to pick up a replacement hood. Sweet.
Converting to Open Dumps with V-Banded Tial wategates and also V-Bands on the O2 housings and downpipe. I fabbed it all up, welded it all with back purging and just sent it all (headers, O2 housings) out for ceramic coating in Flat Black. The dunps themselves will be fabbed-up once the engine is back in the car with them going all the way down and sweeping. I'm thinking of having the Turbo's powder coated in the Anodized Red, same as my valve covers and all my Intercooler pipes in Transparent Black Chrome. Hope to get her back on the road real soon, been too long.

OMG! Nice setup! What turbs on there?
BILLET DBB DR1000's
Amazing work! You could sell posters with those photos!
I walked past it as it sat on jack stands while on my way into the house.
sat in it and my vroom noises for a while
depressed driving my beater
Bought a mint ECU to swap in once I get everything else back together on the car....I had plans of having mine looked at again anyways, so this is an even better option (mine had signs of leaking capacitors at some point).
Pulled off the car cover and charged up the battery which was down to 1V. Left the charger on and enjoyed HD radio and Pandora while I tested a new batch of TopLink modules for the Spyder group. TopLink connects a laptop to the roof computer and runs the original ASC software if you didn't know.
Damn! Thanks, I forgot to put a charge on her before flashing.
Walked a new/newer Mustang GT from a roll. More accurately dragged him by the collar.
I installed HID Headlights, and found I need to clean the inside of the lenses. Attempted to open them up to do the angel eye mod and chickened out for now. So I'm repainting my garage floor to seal it before pulling my trans to prevent oil stains.
Mild td04. Probably end up with Timp's since it uses stock turbine and all I care about is spooool
From the phone.
^Finally going to join the 15G club, or are you going for billet on the compressor side? :poke:
