From some of the stories I've read about it, it was the guys friend who totalled it. Not sure I buy that. At any rate, not speeding, no drugs, no alcohol, gets ticketed for careless driving? Not sure I buy that. In Colorado, if you're in an accident, even if you didn't do anything specifically wrong, they'll give you careless driving... Ask me how I know lol
