My good friend Pauly Perl has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, the same Damn blood cancer I have been battleing for over 3 years. For those in the 3S world. He is the creator and builder of awesome parts such as the Seattle bearing loaded short shifter, Seattle solid engine mounts, and Poly mounts, and the uber cool Nija Performance transfer case cages.
He will begin his journey, as did I, on chemo this Tuesday. While it's a horrible disease, it can be managed with proper chemotherapy, and diet and a few choice supplements. I will work close with him to help him along his journey. at first it can be overwhelming. But with the support of family and friends as I had, and he will have, I know we can get him to a more healthy place, hell I did it, so I know he can. He's a strong fella.
Funds that have been given to me for my battle and continued medical and pharmaceutical bills are going to be paid forward to Pauly. If anyone has issue wixh that please let me know. He, like I in the past, doesn't have insurance, so things are going to be rough.
I have advised of patient advocacy groups, hospitals required by govt due to govt grants to forgive or partial forgiveness on bills, and big pharma does help with meds to those that can't afford it. But bills still pile up. So if you can, every dollar helps.
It pains me, and I have broken down more than once over the past week working with Paula thru this. I hate another victim is now going to have to deal with this incurable blood cancer. But as I told him many times. Look how bad I was, and here I am still pushing forward.
Pauly, you got this, and I don't want to hear anything but.
Hugs to you. We are here day or night. Whatver you need. And I am 3 years of research and trial and error ahead of you. I can read blood tests better than most doctors. You got this covered.
In short, Pauly is out of work, no insurance, and faces a long hare expensive road and we can all help just a little bit, it all adds up. I know it did for me.
We love you and we, as a group will help pull you through.
