You ever get this figured out? I just installed my evo maf with those to settings changed, the car idles and drives great. But under WOT its way down on power, it feels pretty smooth yet and nothing weird in the logs. I had a buddy run this maf in his evo before I even touched it and he said it worked perfectly.

Ran into two small issues, was wondering if you wonderful people had any insight as to why these would happen.
I installed the 99ECU, car ran like ass. Disabled bit 2 periphery 0 and it's now driveable.
after around 5~10 minutes of driving, under normal cruising conditions, my WB02 registers anywhere from 10.5 -11.5 instead of the 14.1 it was doing before. The car still physically feels like it's driving fine, but is that something I should be worried about?
Another thing I noticed was that it has been hard to start my car. The battery was dead for about 2 weeks, so I charged it up and tried to start the thing, and the engine turns and sounds like it's hitting the point right before it starts and then just doesn't start, but continues to turn. I'll upload a video when I get home. Sometimes it struggles and eventually kicks in, and sometimes it just continues to turn and turn, but once it does kick in everything works fine with the exception of WB02 reading above. Basically I'm not sure if it's an undercharged battery or some other issue, but it doesn't sound like the battery is struggling to keep the engine turning.
Running a 95 VR4 no EGR w/ a stock map sensor.
What injectors are you tuning and what's the scaling set for?

Ignore your wideband while the ECU is in closed loop. It'll almost never idle/cruise at 14.7:1.
Everything is stock right now, the mass of parts is almost complete and I'm going to have everything installed at once, with the exception of the greddy Boost controller since my stock bcs blew a few years ago, which is set at 12psi atm. I'll have to get back to you about the other ones for when I leave the office.
It should at least cycle around 14.7 though. 10.5-11.5 sounds wrong but then again, 14.1 before is off too. Since you didn't list WB02s I assume only one in the mixed stream. You could have had banks running different screwing things up.
