Yup. Rock crawlers know this trick. It has to do with running their tires at very low pressures (improves traction as the tire can 'grab' better, but runs the risk of rolling the tire bead off the rim). You use any kind of aerosol spray that is combustible (you know anything that you might have used as a makeshift aerosol flamethrower) and spray it inside the tire, then you use a lighter and use the flamethrower trick to ignite the stuff in the tire (to avoid getting your hand too close to the tire and that small fireball that happens when the stuff combusts/explodes.
