I'm weighing in on Monday and putting the scales in the closet for a month.
I haven't lost anymore but I haven't gained either.
The past month has been a learning experiance for me.
By cutting carbs I have learned that I don't get hungry but if I cut them too much I get mean! lol
I'm eating salads at lunch instead of going to McD and I'm not eating junk food "Chips" like I did.
In time surely something good has to come from this!
I think I'm finally ready to go to the basement to work out. I need muscle to be fit.
I'm exercising and I hurt!
I did my first hour of exercising on Monday night and I couldn't get off the floor when I was done,
I cried...Maybe because i was tired...maybe because I realized I was so out of shape...Maybe because I was rolling all over the floor and couldn't get up.
But I had the balls to do it again!
Lol way to go Granny!!
P.S.
Something that helps keep me in shape and slim is fruit smoothies. Give it a shot, if they don't work for you, Meh, at lest they taste damn good :)
