Goes both ways though. If someone is in the left lane and doing say 80 in a 70 to pass someone, or a line of someone's, riding their ass and flashing your high beams isn't going to speed it up and often slows it down..and then you fuck up everyone else's trip.

Happens every damn day in Knoxville at the 40 75 split.
