This is shortly after I bought the car. First thing I did to it was the air filter and then painted the valve cover and the intake. (Besides replacing the ol' busted engine)

With the exception of the FPR that I mounted to the firewall, but you wouldn't be able to see that anyway..

The car is a base model so it didn't come with the ABS and lines.. etc.. I use the CC on the highway a lot so I don't think I'll be removing that anytime soon.. I need to get the AC lines back in there though.. you can see the front ones. I was going to relocate the fuse panel too, but I was trying to get the car back together in time for NG so that mod just didn't happen.

I've got so many other projects going on right now that I'm gonna hold off on that for a while.. always looking for a good deal on parts in the mean while.
That's what I did. I got a 6speed with axles, knuckles, trans plate and some other stuff for 600. Then my friend gave me a driveshaft, rear end/subframe. I took the trans apart and welded the trans brace in. Reworked an OBX LCD and installed that while rebuilding the trans.......long story short I had enough of the parts to say WTH, might as well do the AWD conversion.
Mark had (no surprise) the best engine bay at the TX Gathering... It definitely got my vote.Quote:

I added a new coolant overflow to make room for the holset intake which I plan on going straight out with a monster 11" x 4" filter and probably a short section of 4" pipe so I can add a -10AN fitting to draw some vacuum from crankcase. Few tricks up my sleeve for the engine bay when the big setup goes in. :joyous:
