one BIG issue that wont be getting fixed any time soon is that my rear manifold flange is a little warped i think. its unfortunate. someone on here warned be about that, but not until the engine was already in the car. one day i plan on pulling the engine and painting the engine bay. i will fix it then. it probably wont be anytime soon though :/
looking forward to tomorrow though :)[/QUOTE]
Just a thought...An exhaust leak around an o2 sensor will affect it greatly. It'll think it's running lean and try to dump fuel to compensate for it. How bad is the manifold warped?
yeah i have thought the same thing. not sure if that is an/the issue.
idk how bad it is. i cant take off the manifold without pulling it all, so there is no way for me to measure or anything.
nice build
thanks adam!
and btw, my lean spot largely for the most part is gone after fixing my boost leaks btw. i reset my fuel table back to factory and made only adjustments on the VE table. the timing table is slightly lower at peak torque area, but generally thats factory and the accel enrichment is a bit different. im thinking about putting that all back to stock and seeing if i have a lean spot still.
btw, i am leaking at my IAC. is there an o ring on it that i can replace or something?
Yes there is an oring.
i will be looking into that this next weekend i think too
