If I understood correctly from the video, his being "overpaid" wasn't the problem. She wanted him to pay $3,000 extra for her BS lawyer fees. But yes, I do agree that changing the terms of the contractual obligation without notifying him is beyond low. And if I were the judge in that case, if it were proven that he was totally unaware of how she'd re-drafted the documents, I would completely rescind his obligation for child-support.Quote:
