Cruise movies are only good because of the other actors. Top Gun was great because of Val Kilmer (among others). Edge of Tomorrow was great because of Bill Paxton. Mission Impossible (take your pick) usually only great because of Ving Rhames.

True leadership provides sufficient information to all charges to reinforce their belief in the efficacy of a plan in motion. Withholding information (especially for no justifiable reason) is textbook bad leadership. Moreover, the lesson for Poe appears to just be "Shut up and color". Now that may work fine in the rank & file empire/1st order--but not in an insurgency/rebellion. In fact, autonomous operations are usually the name of the game--because open coordination & centralized command are antithetical concepts to defeating a superior size & armed foe.

You know what happens when hollywood starts writing movies w/o ever consulting someone with actual experience/knowledge on subjects? Tears of the Sun happens. Top Gun happens. Officer and a Gentlemen happens. etc, etc, etc.

Atomic Blonde. 8.5/10. I want to give it a 9 but I can't figure out why I can't. I watched this on the plane Thursday and I was shocked how good it was. very entertaining and all you've got to do is ignore a skinny blonde can kick multiple full grown men's butts. cool story, great actors and really fun action. I thought it was fantastic.

edit, nvm I figured out what Jeff you were talking about. blah, he's the type of guy that will just hate on something popular just to try and look cool and intellectual.
