^^^ It's scary how many people are given drivers licenses, but have zero driving skills.
EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, in the USA. There is literally no skill requirement to operate a car in the states, and the truck requirements arn't much better. Most other countries are not really any better....Germany being the exception. Their requirements are what I'd call the minimum needed.Quote:

No turns, no hills, no chance to ever test and learn the limits of your own car. They don't know how the car will react if they're forced to make any type of emergency maneuver.
