268 this AM, which makes it 40 lbs, which is 5 babies :lo5l: - coulda been better but I was slacking, eating hospital food while I recovered from a heart attack. :p
I was 200.1 this morning. Down 6 in 3 weeks. Right on track.

Had a lapse last week and did damage control just to break even into the 200 mark again. I will see how this week pans out... I generally behaved over the weekend. Went to the gym both days.
30 down, and truckin!
Ima try to drop another 40-45 lbs, maintain the momentum - how about you, Bills? :)
23 left, would not complain about 33, but I will be happy to maintain 200
DOwN 40#!!! Have dropped my goal to the 190's.
Am jogging 10-15 miles a week, and will be adding upper body workouts into the rotation.
