JuCo is a great option. That's where we found Bruce Irvin. And picked up a few other good lineman out of JuCo's.

Auburn is notorious for raiding JUCOs for impact players. See: Cam Newton, Nick Fairley, Brandon Jacobs, and Rudy Johnson for high-profile finds. For other finds within the past ten years, see Brandon Moseley, David Irons, Tim Duckworth. Tuberville was VERY high on recruiting JUCOs and very often passed his non-qualifier signees to JUCO for them to work on their eligibility before coming back to Auburn.

Yeah, that whole thing was bogus. I no longer respect ESPN as an institution of journalism, and that story wasn't even the tipping point for me. I'm sure you can extrapolate which one was. :)
