Hi all, I just acquired a red 91 Stealth RT TT a few weeks ago, which needs some long overdue TLC.
Just bought my first Mitsubishi, a 1993 3000GT vr4. I would've expected my first to be a diesel fuso.
paid $385 at an auction where it was thrown in with heavy equipment. want to get it prepped on a budget for 24hrs of lemons. so I currently have $115 to spend on it.
currently not running. was told it was put away for the winter and turned over but wouldn't start in the spring.
Hi, I'm a 3s lover, got my second 3s a few months ago, needs a fair bit of work, came with 19t turbos and no tune, I'm here to figure out how to tune it!
Been on 3si for a long while, not sure why I haven't joined here yet. Started with a Stealth base in '06, currently driving a '98 3000GT SL and working on a '93 Stealth RT Turbo.
Hey, I don't own a 3S but I have been a fan ever since I was a kid and I figure I can put this Army money to use and finally buy one. Been looking around and figured I would see if any of the members here either have a good value for sale on here or could help point me in the right direction.
I have a '92 TT and I love it...but I'm old, and smart enough not to recommend one of these lightly.
Take the time to understand what you're getting/getting into with this platform.
Even if you bought one 'whole' and reliable (I was as lucky as anyone I know), it will suck up a ton of cash (I've spent about 4X what I paid for the car with no effort at all).
If you're intent on enjoying the money, well...it could work - but maybe not.
In any case, thank you for your service, and I hope it works out if you find one you like enough to buy.
I am about to be getting a 92' 3000GT that needs a bit of work, it has been heavily modified and has a bad transmission. I figured why not join a site where people can probably help me and I don't have to pay a crazy 15$ a month fee like 3siforums. Instead I can pay 10$ a year :P :redface-new:
Recently acquired got a 1992 TT that needs some love.
94’ and 95’ VR4, Eager to learn! Hope I’m not late to the 3S party. Been looking forward to getting into this for quite some time. If this site is still highly active, I would be happy to donate
I'll take a 100 bucks...:p
Getting back interested inVR4
Just got a 94 NA in decent shape and wanna fix her up to a reliable DD.
Hi,
I'm a proud owner of a 1999 VR4. I have owned the car since 2003 after a lease (I'm second owner). It had 80K miles on it and today has about 120K. Color is Black and i live in Northern California.
Take. Care. Of. That. Thing. :)
Testing here...
I like! I have a 3000gt vr4 in storage since 2014, and still in storage. But soon will be working on it. w00t w00t!
I've had my 91 VR4 for over a year and i'm ready to start installing my go fast bits!
Pat from Illinois. Just bought a 93 3000gt VR4 and im looking to meet some cool people and buy some parts.
Let's go?)

1997 VR4, complete from frame rebuild up with a color change. Welder by trade built a bunch of fun stuff. Learned to powder coat and learned what not to powder coat. Chrome ECU and Jester MAF with a couple 68Hta's
Hi, new member from the UK here.
I have owned my 1991 GTO Twin Turbo for over a year now and have been fixing various things on it and giving the car a long overdue service. It's still stock but have a stack of modifications waiting to be installed.

Hi everyone, I have owned my 1997 VR4 for about 5 years, and have been fixing various things. I am finally ahead of what needs to be fixed and am now trying to get Chrome up and running. Everything looks good but fuel cut at 0.0psi... Double and triple checked everything, then put in stock ECU and finally getting around to trying the Chrome ECU again.
Hi Everyone, I have owned a 1993 VR4 since 2002. I also have owned a 1998 VR4 since 2011.
Howdy. Just bought a VR4 project.
It will be interesting.
Apparently I never signed up here... lol
91 ES bought in 2001
94 RT/TT bought in 2002 - Still have it.
I still own 3 of 4 cars / trucks I've ever bought... Only thing I got rid of was the 91 ES.
Hey Everyone,
Just joined up after years of being on the "other" forum. I was wondering where all the names of yesteryear went, and it appears I found them! I have owned my Stealth since 08, and recently became part of the spun bearing club! Luckily I just dropped a new motor in and it should be up and running any day now. :cheerful:
I am a firefighter in Canada and own 2 95 stealths and in the process of converting one of them to automatic
right on
Nice one!!:smile-new:
Test, and hello
Test......
TC3 from Apex, NC. I'm selling a 95' 3000GT base, DOHC, 5 speed in Excellent Condition.
Thank you...that was a great, funny way to show me the rules.
Jeremy, from OKC Oklahoma picked up my 97 a couple weeks ago.
Andy from Jacksonville, FL. Just inherited my father's 1995 VR-4, which was his baby! I'm looking forward to keeping it in the family and running for another generation.
Welcome Andy.
