I'm breaking a rule about posting any pics of myself--to make a point & self shame. Sad to say, I've really let myself go over the years. I can't believe I used to look like this. 149lbs, just prior to me switching jobs. If I'd gotten to 140 even, I would literally have looked like Bruce Lee.

I'm about 190-195 currently. So sad. :( I miss doing physical work for a living.
Been doing low carb for about 6 weeks; the diabetic thing finally caught up with me, my A1C was a bit high, and now I'm checking blood glucose twice a day.
Food has become tremendously boring, of course, but I'm down a bit over twenty lbs.
Hoping I can keep this up, cuz if the upside isn't stimulating enough...well, we'll see, I guess. :huh:

I'm doing a biggest loser thing here at work. I bulked up to 206... after week one I was 203.7
The competition is 12 weeks and % lost based, so I stand a chance on that front. I figure if I can get down to 185 or less, I have a shot at winning. I think I can get there without too much trouble!
I'm just losing baby-fat - enough for about 4 babies so far. :wink:
I gained like 8 lbs over the weekend. :lol:
