Yeah, yeah. :)
I really will be more interested in THAT game, though.

Not disappoint in Houston. Went exactly as I suspected. NE will kill the 9'ers, as well.

I just don't think they're 'that' good. NE is a well balanced team that fills their roster better than any other NFL franchise. They're hitting their stride at the perfect time.

So Tagliabue overturned the Boutygate suspensions even though he said there was more than enough evidence proving Vilma offered a bounty on Favre. WTF?
oh, yeah, 2007. better to be lucky than be good, amirite?
also, in addition to the deion branch re-resigning, expect a defensive player to be resigned.
Exactly, regular season is only to get you to the playoffs. Once playoffs hit its a completely different ballgame.
It's gonna be a classic Brady/Peyton match up in afc.
Nfc is looking like Eli/Aaron.
Can u imagine an all Manning super bowl?

My favorite underdogs would be Niners and Colts but they have that rookie QB syndrome.
I'll start believing in the Falcons if they have a convincing showing against the Giants this weekend =P
Seahawks are an interesting long shot.
meet kyle love.
also, apparently this happened during last night's excuse for football:

so much better with music.
Steelers had the game won. Antonio Brown played SLOPPY and he cost them the game. It also doesn't help when you are playing 4th and 5th string DB's.
Except for the Dallas win, the day couldn't have gone any better for the Redskins.
^^^ Yup. Redskins went from being on the outside of the playoffs, to being on top of the division, with the Giants now on the outside. Cowboys are actually ahead of the Giants too, so the Giants are in 3rd. If the Skins win out (@Philly, home against the Cowboys) We win the division, no matter what the Giants or Cowboys do.
Not saying we're any threat to the Falcons or Packers, but just to be in this position, this late in the year is exciting for Redskins fans.
Patriots insisting they lose this game. Wow...
Yeah, all but 1 score off a turn over?
Jason
what the fuck is it is raining lube out there? TWO HANDS ON THE FUCKING BALL

welcome to 2nd half in new england.
.....
...on another note, the san fran vs. seattle game oughta be a good one!
g.g. hope that this is a super bowl preview. where we will be +1 gronk.
well i'm disappointed in the colts, but not surprised. the fact that they're a virtual lock on the 5th seed is rather amazing given they are 30th in the league on turnover differential. when you saw how they were shutting houston down after the first two scores, it was actually pretty impressive. but you can't fumble on the goal line, you can't gift a punt into the hands of the defense for a TD, and you certainly need to not commit a foul on what would have been a successful TD pass. they also got screwed on a rather stupid call early on, and houston didn't even get called on a facemask tackle. minor points though....doubt they would have made the difference. vic ballard put on a pretty impressive display--and that was just in the first half.
very happy that pitt lost; surprised as hell it was against the cowgirls. neither is going to the SB.
NE lost to SF. this i anticipated. i firmly believe that SF has a stronger team. i wouldn't be surprised if it were a SB preview...though i suspect that the AFC SB seed will be:
denver wins over baltimore. the AFC north is done. they'll be lucky if any of their teams makes it to the AFC championship, let alone the SB. apart from denver, only the AFC west is weaker.
falcones win convincingly over the they might be giants. neither will be going to the SB, i feel...but can we at least dispense with the "ATL isn't for real" talk? the giants are the defending champs, for pete's sake.
bears are done. GB has a chance, but i doubt they can stand up to SF. seachickens and ain'ts competing for who can pull off the most lopsided victories. my gut tells me that the seachickens are going to tie up 5th place, and someone in the NFC east is going to go home crying. i hope it's the cowgirls, but at this rate, it will probably be the giants.
can you possibly have picked a more lackluster monday-night game? i would have thought NE vs SF would have been the logical choice...
Pats showed a lot of poise. They also showed some vulnerabilities. The turnovers were disappointing, particularly the fumbles. Hello, you have to expect them to go for the ball, did you miss that briefing in practice???
Yep Colts are still a bit raw. I for one am more of a believer in Atlanta, they may get past a round in play offs :P Seahawks beat up Bills??? BFD! Next Sunday night will be the litmus.
How 'bout dem Cowboys...finally played more than 2 quarters lol. Steelers game reminded of a Superbowl many moons ago. Good game.
I know it's only the Lions, but Falcons look solid.

colts win this week (against the worst team in the league...:() and they're in the playoffs.
So, the texans almost beat the pats but then get their ass kicked by vikings...
...vikings vs packers oughta be another good one!
lol, i was watching the jags game, but thinking of the packers game next sunday...
...gotta lay off the eggnog http://www.thedawgpound.com/wp-conte...nk_smiley3.gif
So...1:12 into san fran game and seattle scores...an omen perhaps?
