agreed. 165 is a pretty healthy weight for 5'10", imho. my father-in-law is back to 165 now (he's 66)--looking as fit as he ever has been. i'm 5'8" and 172.6 lbs as of this morning. looking for 155...but we'll see. lots of stress in my life right now--and i don't like exercise to begin with.
So, starting stats are:
5'10"
229 lbs
25% body fat
47.5 in at the navel
I don't expect to lose a lot, but I'd like to get down around 200-210. The main thing for me will be reducing that waist measurement.
