Need Help !!!

so i have a 91 dodge stealth rt tt when i got the car couple weeks later the voltage regulator in the alt went bad took me to 16-19 volts or so and i stopped driving it blew out my high beams on my headlights so i knew my ecu was probably shot took it out and inspected it caps leaked so it was repaired most everything on board was checked or replaced so i was suggested to check iac and clean it cleaned reinstalled so i had no spark checked all fuses good so ptu next checked out good stealth 316 daignostic all good took my ecu and let guy try it in his car runs perfect im not getting spark if anybody could help me lead me to where to begin i dont think my coils would all fry at the same time or go bad car ran before ecu was repaired thanks

Make sure you didnt blow a fuse. Check for power to the coils.

i forgot to mention the other day i cleaned the maf with maf cleaner and got into the intake some and i was cranking it and after a couple times it backfired pretty loud and never did it again im checking for spark with in line spark tester

Never clean a MAF on a 3S, they are not cleanable, you will ruin it.
