Ordered struts from Auto Zone. They sent a truck over to their warehouse in Knoxville to pick them up. On the way to back from the warehouse the truck was involved in a fatal accident
The struts were delayed 1 day, so they said they would make it up to me...Went in, they over rode the ticket and he said they are yours....
The accident was not caused by the auto zone driver. It was caused by a drunk who, at first, rear ended the auto zone truck. Then the driver sideswiped the the auto zone truck and knocked a ford focus into a guardrail.

i cant believe they gave your parts to you free because of that.. i'd figure one of those generic "sorry man, someone hit the driver of the delivery truck and killed him" explanation..
