Also saw he was the eighth member of the '94 SB team to pass.

He was a sure first ballot Hall of Famer. He'll never get to experience the honor of being inducted.
Why would you shoot yourself in the chest? Seems like a good way to end up in a lot of pain and alive...
I read some speculation that he may have done it so that his brain could be examined.
When Dave Duerson committed suicide, he wanted his brain intact so it could be studied for the damage that concussions had caused. There's some speculation here that Seau may have had problems related to post concussion syndrome and wanted his brain intact also.Quote:
