Does anyone know the size of the oil cooler banjo bolt? Thread pitch and all?
I am trying to find another one because I lost one. My car is sitting until this is fixed. If you have a spare, shoot me a PM and I'll buy it off ya.

I don't know about the oil cooler, but if it is the same size as the oil feed line on the front turbo, that is a 10x1.25... Just guessing that might be the same size. Don't know about length though. Last time I broke one, I just made a replacement (even drilled it by hand, but I would suggest using a press if I had to do it again)...
