1 normal 255LPH walbro (or better, the 400LPH or the aeromotive 340LPH) and stock lines will support 550's. so no its not really necessary, but it wont hurt anything either.
Are you asking if it would benefit your high compression motor or the one you are building? Also are you going to run stock turbos or upgraded turbos and what size? We need more details.
Will it benefits the high compression motor with stock turbos with my build I know it will i am going to do 16g's I think but for now I am going to start buying stuff for it so I figure why not start with fuel system

As long as you have no knock and you Air/Fuel ratios are good, then you can up the boost. An adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator is something your going to need if you hotwire your Fuel Pump. If money is not an issue you can always buy one of the tank to fuel rails kits that one of the 3S vendors make. Probably would help if you posted what car your upgrading, what compression you will be running, boost pressure you intend to run, methanol injection, etc.
