i pulled the subframe today and im delete abs aswell so can i just put the rear sensors out of the hole and plug the hole? is it just a matter of undoing the retaining screw then pull out?

Yes, just make sure your plug is effective... Something like a pound-in soft plug would do. You don't want water getting in there between your wheel bearings. You could just cut the harnesses off the sensors and leave them, but I'd recommend checking out how ridiculously expensive those sensors are to replace before making that decision...
Why not just leave them there and detach them from the plug in the upper wheelwell?
Leave the sensors and unplug them.
Because I'm taking everything off the subframe that is not needed. And those long cords are one that is not needed with this car
Well then pull the sensors. It's no different than unplugging the ABS so pulling the sensors is trivial. I was merely suggesting you leave the sensors in case you ever want to go back to ABS.
When I pulled the AWS/ABS out of my last car I made little block off plates and bolted them in place of the abs sensor. I also made a small gasket and copper sprayed and rtv'd it as well.
Yes I am that much attention to detail on the small stuff.
