Our hotels are providing overnight security for us. I've told them just between about 2am and 8am is plenty... No additional charge to us.

On Tuesday evening, as everyone is arriving and getting re-acquainted and not wanting to go out and get dinner, the hotel will be supplying a reception bbq. They'll supply bbq food (dogs, chips, burgers, stuff like that) for everyone with a nametag on. I know how much you guys love free food!! There's more, but not yet... :)
