calling anyone who has done a hoop delete

i need the little rubber tube thingy that the 3rd brake light wire passes through. it looks something like a flexi-straw.

i'll buy the whole wire harness if i need to; i'd just prefer not to buy the hoop if i don't have to.

I'll pull it off and see what we're working with in a bit, and post back.
