Can you rub off all of that excess goodness on the top and bottom? Maybe color match it some more and i'm sure it'd look better.
Personally, if I ever had to do any type of dash repair on something newer, I'd give this a try:
Vinyl And Dashboard Repair Kit With Sealant Foam
I've had good luck with other products from them (just placed an order a few days ago for more stuff), so I'd say with practice this kit could yield some nice results. What's nice with the kit is you are able to closely match the grain of the rest of the dashboard/pad (plus color-match it), so the repair isn't nearly as noticeable.
What do you currently have on the damaged areas? It looks like some sort of epoxy/glue????
It was a permatex dash repair kit the middle part is after using the heat tool and removing extra then I will paint it since I can't color match to save my life
