Local tracks?

I guess this would be a nice starter. Lets list some tracks so people know where they can go to race.

SOCAL Area
1)California Speedway
2)Willow Springs
3)Streets of willow (tight road coarse)
4)Button Willow

Don't forget Irwindale for the 1/8th mile.

Barona has an 1/8 mile track down here in SD. Plus Qualcom stadium has racing in their lot all the time. Drags on Friday nights and autocross on the weekends.

Some West Texas and Southern New Mexico tracks:
El Paso Motorplex
Arroyo Seco MOtorplex
Area 51 Dragway

Only one worth mentioning in Utah and that's Miller Motorsports Park.
