Sadly, now we have to say RIP Target.
Both surviving dogs came to the USA and were adopted by soldiers. Unfortunately, after a few months, Target got out of the yard, slipped his collar and was picked up by animal control. Though Sgt. Young put up notices and called all the shelters, they had already mistakenly put the dog down. An employee grabbed the wrong dog and euthanized Target before the mandatory wait period. :(
