The Complete FLUID flush

What am I looking at in terms of time, and money on the 1995 VR4 to have every fluid on the vehicle's systems completely drained, cleaned, and refilled with brand new ones?

I am talking about the power steering
Brakes
Transmission
Coolant
Oil
Rear differential fluid
Any others i missed please mention

Which fluid works best in your VR4 and what results have you had with this fluid over the amount of miles driven on the vehicle?

Which coolant seems to work best in these vehicles? Does a particular brand stand out in performance over any others? I only want the absolute best quality I can get for the engine. I always have royal purple in my back pocket.
