Help please. No boost :(
When I say no boost I mean I'm getting a reading of 0psi at WOT. I've checked all the couplers and pipes, they hold pressure. The turbos spin freely. At idle I have 22 in hg. When you get to where the turbos should create positive pressure you hear a noise like if you were to put s blade of grass in between your fingers and blow. Wastegates actuate with air supplied from an air hose. I'm running out of ideas, figured someone might have an idea.
Thanks -Mike

if i had to hazard a guess in the dark id say one of your turbo shafts snapped so the exhaust actually isnt spooling the turbo.

Both of them would of had to snap. The turbos only have a few k on them. They spin freely, no noise. And when it started I had just shifted. Was fine in first gear, shifted to 2nd and then nothing.

If it is whistling when trying to boost, you have a boost leak somewhere.

Blow off valve sticking open? Idk just a bullshit guess.

Pulled it. It's shut can open with fingers. Was going to put it in the spring tension machine at school to check it out.

One bad turbo can cause this, all the boost from the good turbo goes back through the inlet on the bad one.

The sound makes me think boost leak. It would have to be a bad one though. Are you going by the stock gauge? Busted diaphragm in the BOV might be it.

Going by my STRI boost gauge. What's best way to test a bov?

Pressure test the system. It will leak if it has a leak.
