Glad to see you join! Should be some wise people on here to help you!
110,000 K is what, around 68,000 miles? That's definitely a low mileage car. The only bad looking rust is on the exhaust, and that's a simple replacement. Check for rust on the rear fenders, those are virtually impossible to replace, the front fenders are replaceable. Also make sure the 60,000 mile (100,000K) service has been done, otherwise, you'll need to get it done first thing.
thought i commented on this the other day. Looks like lots of upgrades and low mileage for the price. Have you seen the car? Looked under it?
We parted a michigan car some years back and not one bolt came off without breaking from the under side of the car. It was parted b/c it was rear ended not the rust. Point is, look around the bottom of the car, the subframe, driveline, suspension etc. These cars are getting older and chances are you're going to have to remove something for one reason or another down the road. Nothing worse then it taking 5 hours for a 1 hour job or worse having to wait on parts b/c stuff broke or was too worn out.
