Here's a good one!

I turn off my car and the accy power stays on but only one side of it. Everything turns off but the power to the rear view mirror and the environment control lights. The funny part is sometimes the radiator fan is on after driving obviously, and when it turns off everything turns off with it. But today the mirror and environmental control stayed on until the battery went dead.
Any ideas why this might be? any suggestions is appreciated.

Sounds like someone botched some electronics installation or this is a flood vehicle. There two ignition circuits and I suppose that is a start, but this sounds like a pretty crazy problem and you may want to consider installing a battery cut-off switch to at least keep the electronics from draining the battery. This will cause the clock, radio, ecu, and other electronics to reset everytime you use it.
