Rich Idle, Lean Cruise?
Basically it idles around 10.5 afr and at lowest throttle while still moving it runs about 13, any more throttle it goes straight lean. I just recently changed to e85 from cam2. The car was running pretty decent with the race gas. The only values I have altered in ecuflash are injector latency and scaling. At first I tried only switching scaling from 1002 to 700. I have since tried several scalings from 750-560 and multiple latency tables including 2 different sets directly from DW, all changes affect it minimally.
Car is a 92 TT tuning with chrome and ecuflash. AEM uego with brand new sensor plugged into front DP about 16 inches from turbo. No exhaust leaks. Running a walbro 400 for e85 and DW 1000cc injectors and dr650s. Otherwise a pretty stock car. I am running 45psi fuel pressure through an aeromotive fpr, pressure jumps to about 55 when you give it throttle (is this enough?). I have checked for vacuum leaks a thousand times I cannot find any.
The MAF I'm pretty sure is stock although I do not know for sure because I do not know what numbers it should have and there is a K/N sticker and cone filter on it.
I am sure it's something dumb but I am lost lol.

make sure your latency numbers are correct. They can have a rather large impact on the variation of idle to cruise.
-
Well I have tried a bunch. I'm debating on changing them around individually... I will try, but I feel like there is another issue.
-
Well I changed latencies and scaling around a bit, and added some fuel pressure. The AFRs are better but it pukes and stutters like crazy under a load... Which it did not do before.
-
how did DW send you 2 different sets of latency for your injectors?
-
They didnt, I got them online. I cant find the ones they sent me. I realize they are specific but they aren't THAT far off. It got to the point where it was straight rich at idle and flat line under throttle. I did have to replace the wideband sensor I wonder if the o2 sensors went bad too.
-
So I switched my wideband to the rear bank and it pegs 10/1 constant occasionally going to 11 under WOT. Why would one bank be lean and the other be rich? My fuel lines are completely replaced and I even switched the feed and return sides..
-
what are your trims. reversed trims are a sign of reversed narrowband inputs
-
Reversed inputs? as in like I plugged them in wrong? I didn't think that was possible for them to reach..
So I changed plugs because I thought the Leaded fuel may have ruined them like it ruined my wideband sensor. But it did not help.
I ran a log. Most of the time STFTs are 12.5 and -15 respectively. LTFT lows are right around 0 each. It idles good, LTFT mids are 12.3 and -12.5.
I also tried unplugging the o2 sensors, reflashing and driving but it didn't seem to help at all.
Under ANY load it breaks up and pukes and stutters. After it breaks up a bunch it takes a few revs to get it to sound decent again. Almost as if it ran super rich and needs time to clean the plugs off. I wouldn't think it was spark blowout because the plugs and wires are new, and I gapped these plugs even tighter. I switched coil packs too. The wide band also does not match the LTFTs I am getting.

You're harness needs the pins for narrowbands swapped, contact whoever you bought the setup from and they will get you squared away.
