I'd check out CAPS & then hit up Mikey at Cherry Hill Triplex (www.cherryhilltriplex.com). I know they have all of those parts available, but I don't recall for how much.

If Cherry Hill is unable to get these bolts anymore, perhaps you can get them through 3SX or possibly check with another larger dealer (who may just happen to have some laying around in their inventory).
I do know that you can get the other bolts you have listed because I just bought those ones a couple weeks ago.
I thought you were originally looking for the bolts that mount the engine mounts to the subframes & I do know those are still available (unfortunate for you, though).

The sad part is, I probably have all the bolts you need, but with nothing to compare them to, I wouldn't be able to get what you need. I have a 5 gallon bucket full of bolts from all my part outs.
