| I bought this 3000GT last fall with a severe knock in the motor. I pulled the motor to find the #1 rod bearing completely gone. I replaced the crank shaft, all bearings,a nd the #1 connecting rod. I also installed Generation 3 lifters, new head bolts and all gaskets. I ran the car for about 2 weeks and all of a sudden there was a clunk and the oil pressure gauge dropped and light came on. I immediately shut the car off and coasted her to the berm and towed it home. All the rod and main bearings are tight so I assume the oil pump let go. I have no place to work on her tiis winter so I am putting her up for sale. If it don't sell by spring/summer I'll put in a new oill pump and run her again. This is a very rare factory color, lambo doors and custom wheels (see pictures). The car is no cream puff but not a junker either, just common wear for the age. Make me an offer, be nice!
