| Well, I found her under a Pine tree. She had been sitting there for about 3 years and was covered in pine sap about an inch or two deep. She had been towed to this location and the center diff was totally destroyed. There was a full tank of gas in it still and was pitch black. This poor car was a real basket case. It probably needed to be parted out but i took pitty on her and decided to sink my next two bonus and tax returns into her and then some. After fixing the things I knew that was wrong with the car and all the things that I continue to find wrong or those things that brake due to age alone she is now my daily driver. I installed new tan seat skins in her and a new paint.( back to original color.) My goal was to get her on the road as close to stock as possible. I have accomplished this goal. Now. On to the upgrades...... God I love this car. |
