I first got into the 3S scene in 2006 when I purchased my first non-hand-me-down car, a 1992 3000GT SL. For the first few months of ownership, I didn't bother modding it. It didn't take long for the mod bug to hit. Long story short, I ended up doing a TT swap. Shortly after completing the swap, I realized that FWD made for a terrible high-power sports car. Although the TT swap was a rewarding experience, I wanted more. I bought a 1992 Stealth TT sight unseen with 148k miles from skunkworks on 3SI. Shortly after, I sold the SL and actually made money off the switch.

Car is still on its original block with decent compression. Even after an engine fire, this Stealth can definitely still compete, too, winning 1st place Class 4 at 3SNG '12 autox and running 12.7 for a 2nd place with for AWD 3/S drags.

This car still makes it to many gathering, having been to NG for several years in a row ('09-'13) running almost all events. It's been to UMG for several years in a row ('08-'13), and even a BRG ('11).
