Yeah, my wife has a '11 Toyota Avalon with the whole proximity auto unlock, start, etc. Made me jealous, so I'm in on this.

Many of the things you suggested are doable (and I've thought about including some of them) but it would completely blow out the price. Keeping this at $399 is a real challenge. That's why I've spent more money on the harness this go-around than crazy-complicated features. The capability is there...
