There are 2 bolts that have no heads facing down, one on each side. I hammered a slot into one side of the bolt with a flathead screwdriver, then put the screw driver at an angle on the slot and tapped it around until it was loose. repeat on other side. They are not very tight. unfortunately I was unable to find any way to remove it without trashing the bolts.
Did the same thing and it worked. Thanks
finally, i had to hammer a chisel on the screws until a groove was created, enough to spin them loose.

decided to use a saw and create a better groove for easy install/remove, also used loctite to re-tighten them

all effort was futile, reason why i removed this was to adjust it cause it seemed like my ign switch/wiper/blinker arm are not quite centered, after removing the bracket i found out there is no way to adjust. bracket has a set position with a pin underneath to lock in position to steering column. I guess ill have to take a look at another 3/S and verify the position of this bracket.

The arms sit at different positions depending on what year 3/s you have.
Re-did my ignition switch chasing down the click-click; just so you know, the new switch came with new fasteners, which are snap-offs, and leave you with the problem of how to get things apart.
I just installed them 'tight enough' without snapping them, just in case.
