My girlfriend calls me a hoarder of apps. In many ways she's right; I rarely delete an app (unless it's really bad), and I'm always on the lookout for new apps.

So, what about you guys? Let's hear some feedback.

What mobile operating system do you own/use?
Multi-choice, public poll. This part isn't particularly about your favorite OS, but meant just to get a feel of how many people actually own an Android device, versus iOS devices or Windows Phone devices.

What are your most used apps?
(free or paid, most used at the top) These are mine:

Phone (gotta include this one)
Prowl
Safari / Chrome
Audiogalaxy / Spotify / iPod App
Apple Remote / Logitech Harmony Remote
Dropbox
Tapatalk / Autoguide
Facebook
Evernote
1Password
PayPal / Mint
Shazam
Amazon / Google Shopper
Craigslist / Ebay
Calculator
Fandango
RunKeeper
Netflix / YouTube
Flashlight
Photoshop Express
AIM / Skype
iTeleport
iCam
Pandora
TuneIn Radio
IMDb
Yelp
Weather Channel
Speed Test
Reminders
Voice Memos
Mixology / DrinksFree
Starbucks
Games
Max Payne
Awesome Solitaire
Reckless Racing
FlightControl
GTA3
GTA: Chinatown Wars
Mirror's Edge
Scrabble
Monopoly

I've eliminated the apps I haven't used at least once in the last month or so. :)

Among your apps, which ones do you feel are the most well done?
(bug-free, best developed, fastest, most intuitive, useful, etc) These are mine:

Chrome
Dropbox
Tapatalk
Facebook (the new, native version)
Evernote
iTeleport
Mint

Your turn. I'm curious what you guys use:

Phone: Galaxy S III

Tablet: Asus Transformer TF300

Favorite Apps:

1) Yahoo Sportacular (the widget is fantastic too)
2) Sound Hound - Recognizes more songs than Shazam
3) Tapatalk
4) FoxFi - Enable WiFi hotspot

I use Chrome for my mobile browser. The beta had some bugs as to be expected. The final version has ran flawlessly and is almost identical to the Chrome on the computer.

trackmaster, alaprecorderHD, and a couple other apps you don't care about like instant radar and flashlight. my phone came with a widget called circles that I like a lot, has time, weather, and battery/data usage all in one.

[edit]: phone is moto droid atrix hd

I'm interested in how the essentials rank in your list of commonly used apps. Definitely include everything you use your smartphone/tablet for!

Considering my iPod touch finally died again, I only picked Android. At work, can't write a big long post about what apps I use, but it's mostly the built in browser, some games. The built in FB app on Android is better than the old iOS version, but crap compared to the new iOS version.

lets try this again, I guess, listing everything. Not sure how to rank in most used, so alphabetical it is. trackmaster isn't showing up on the list for some reason.

1. adyno, only used for GPS speedo
2. alaprecorderHD, use it every time I'm in the steath since I got it. Not saying much. still say best use of smartphone ever.
3. alarm & timer. part of system really, not an app.
4. android system. not sure why it's listed
5. address book/contacts, part of phone I say
6. ATT messages. SMS text, part of phone I say
7. browser. not sure what you'd use this for outside of porn?
8. bubble level. forgot I downloaded this, don't think I ever used it
9. calculator. part of phone I say, since dumbphones have it. Use this a lot actually, because I'm too dumb to calculate tips when I eat out
10. camera. yea........
11. circles. explained this widget in previous post.
12. flashlight. use this maybe once a week. best. app. ever. IF your LED is superfarking bright. Mine is. I also carry like 5 real flashlights, so not high on my "priority" list
13. gasbuddy. used 3 times, pretty neat, I use it to find diesel stations if I'm in unfamiliar ground, care less about prices.
14. how to tie a tie. not a joke. can NEVER remember how to. use it once a year, lol.
15. instant radar. use it everytime it thinks about raining here, really. I'd call this my #1 used "app", but still could live without
16. maps. guess this is google maps. I use it when I'm too lazy to actually pick up my mapbook off the dash, or not in the truck. maybe once to three times a month.
17. photobucket. I use it to upload phone pics to a horribly slow hosting site. nifty...
18. racechrono. haven't really used this one yet.
19. radarnow!, don't use anymore since they limited it so bad after coming out with pay version
20. speedview. GPS speedo app, doesn't work for me?
21. tunein radio. guess phone came with it. streaming would kill my data plan anyways
22. words cheat. cheat app for scrabble. never used it, but keep it around just in case a street scrabble game breaks out
23. youtube. came on phone, used when someone posts a video on chatbox during the day.

Thats it. looks like if I had a datalogging system with video, I could dump smartphones.
