Rapist kills 16yr old girl to prevent her from testifying

What I don't understand is how this country allows people like this any rights whatsoever, even life itself, after admitting to something like this. First the guy rapes this girl, then manages to take her to a river and then "stepped on her neck until she stopped breathing" because the demons told him to. Whatever, take the guy outside the courthouse, blow his brains all over the sidewalk and let him rot in the gutter for all to see.
