These have been a great product for us, and we finally got in enough of a quantity to actually list them for sale. Previously, they would sell out before we could even list them available. So, here they are. These plate bolt onto your stock control arms (DOHC style control arms only). You need to drill a hole into the piece of the control arm that the sway bar end link bolts to. Then just bolt it in with the supplied hardware. These pieces have also been used on cars with big brake kits, so no worries there.

Crap, trying to check out, but my card is tied to Tiffany's paypal, and I can't add it to mine!

I will have to buy later. Unless you can process without PayPal?

-John

Just click the option to proceed without using paypal, and you can run it as just a credit card. :)

Pic of mine, I ended up putting a crack head restraining zip tie around the control arm through the other hole to keep it from spinning, worked great! I can get a pic of that if anybody is interested or doesn't understand what I'm talking about.

I'm curious.

Nothing on the road would make it spin, at least mine, i have to put decent pressure to rotate it.

Mine did, Bent it when it hit the caliper. Did you put the little sleeve on the bolt?

Not a good pic but you get the idea.

BTW to clarify, mine didn't move from driving. I just had it turned enough to hit the caliper before I drove the car. I just didn't like how I could move them with one bolt. Love this mod though, at least so far I'd recommend them.

Like I said, Hans likes to be face humped so remember that next year and you might get your parts first.

If you ran the inner plastics that cover the transmission and the crank pulley, it would have no way of turning. They butt up right against those covers.

could do with figuring out how to get the second bolt to into something :) I'd sell matching control arms (aka with the tabs it's supposed to have)

Let's not price this product totally out of the market LOL. Control arms would add $600 to the product price (at a minimum).

No one needs the tabs.... they don't rotate. Torque the Damn bolt down and it stays still. Mine don't touch the caliper and don't touch the plastics. Will take pics. I have old pics with stock style brakes, too.

From the phone.

add $600 to it? don't you guys have hundreds of parts cars there? surely a second hand LCA is not worth that much? just weld tabs and a slap of paint?

honestly I'd be tempted to buy just the LCA's so I can put ducting on it :)

I got sick of pulling them off all the time. I keep meaning to put them back on but sure as hell when I do I'll need to pull them off again.

I don't think it would ever be an issue with just wind. I'm more worried about bumping it on something. I torqued it down pretty damn tight because I don't want the bolt to loosen up. IDK I can still turn mine with a little effort. The zip tie is just peace of mind.

Nobody is going to buy a used control arm with a worn ball joint and bushings. So, you end up modifying the control arm, replacing the ball joint, replacing the old bushings.... then you have $600 before you know it.
